I embed directly inside live enterprise workflows and ship working AI solutions in days to weeks, not decks. Production agents, agentic integrations and control tower applications, built on Oracle Fusion ERP and handed off fully documented to a named business owner, no continued builder dependence required.
Not a lab exercise. Every build below shipped inside a live enterprise workflow, on a days to weeks cadence, with documentation and a named owner at handoff.
Owned: inventory accuracy across ERP and warehouse systems, where manual reconciliation was absorbing planner hours and inflating safety stock. Decided: to build the fix as a governed AI agent, not a scripted batch job, so exceptions get reviewed instead of blindly applied. Result: deployed in Oracle AI Agent Studio with an agent registry and human in the loop review, cutting cross system mismatches by 40%.
Owned: the security review that could have blocked AI agents from ever touching the ERP estate. Decided: against direct API keys or a shared service account. Result: built MCP servers over Oracle Fusion REST APIs so every agent transaction carries the same authentication, authorization and audit trail as a human user, which is what got agentic workflows approved for a regulated financial close process.
Owned: the case for retiring 11 legacy applications the business assumed were too risky to touch. Decided: to prove the target estate could carry the load before asking anyone to sign off on removal. Result: more than 20 OIC integrations connecting Fusion to WMS, MES and SCADA, sequenced so no plant lost visibility mid cutover.
Owned: program visibility for a $1B transformation that had no real time signal, only backward looking status decks. Decided: to build the evidence instead of asking for another status meeting. Result: three Visual Builder control towers that caught a $190K schedule variance early enough to recover it, each handed to a named owner with no continued builder dependence.
Real systems, built solo and running today. Open any one.
Earned value, workstream health, RAID log and stage gates, built solo in Visual Builder and handed off with a runbook.
Open live →Real time visibility across ERP, WMS and MES, with live KPIs and exception alerts, shipped on a days to weeks cadence.
Open live →AI reconciliation agent resolving WMS to Oracle Fusion mismatches, human in the loop review built in.
Open live →Four habits that hold across every engagement, regardless of the workflow I rotate into.
Builds inside real workflows rather than producing demonstrations disconnected from operations.
Understands the process and the source of friction before proposing a solution.
Measures success by whether the business can operate and support the solution independently.
Uses established standards to move quickly and consistently rather than working around them.
The highest value build is usually the workflow nobody has decided to fix yet, the one running on a spreadsheet or a person's memory because it never looked urgent enough to prioritize. In the first 90 days I would find that workflow, ship a working version in weeks rather than quarters, and deprioritize anything that only produces a demo. The test I hold myself to: can the business run it without me by day 91.
Fifteen plus years building and running technology inside $1B+ manufacturing and CPG enterprises.
Available for contract forward deployed engineering and AI build work, 100% remote. If you have a priority workflow and a days to weeks build window, let's talk.
